A Barre Class
for Your Eyelids
Dynamic Muscle Stimulation (DMSt)
Gentle electrical impulses activate the periorbital muscles at their points of origin, increasing resting tone and supporting the natural structure of your eyelids. The result: tighter, lifted lower lids and improved blink quality.
Radio Frequency (RF)
Topical RF delivers targeted heat to tissue layers, promoting collagen production, improving meibomian gland function, and warming stale meibum to restore natural oil flow — addressing both aesthetics and dry eye.
Dual-Modality Handpiece
OptiLIFT is the first device to combine DMSt and RF in a single handpiece, delivering both muscle toning and collagen stimulation in one efficient 14-minute treatment session.

What to Expect
Consultation
We assess your lower lid laxity, blink quality, and dry eye symptoms to determine if OptiLIFT is right for you. We'll discuss your goals and create a personalized treatment plan.
Treatment Sessions
4 sessions, one week apart. Each takes just 14 minutes — 7 minutes per side. The handpiece glides along the inferior orbital rim in a gentle back-and-forth motion.
Progressive Results
Visible improvement after 1–2 sessions. Results continue to build through sessions 3 and 4 without plateau. Each treatment strengthens the muscles further.
Maintenance
Periodic maintenance sessions sustain your results long-term. We'll recommend a schedule based on your individual response. No ongoing medication or daily regimen required.
Ideal Candidates
Lower lid laxity is more common than most people realize — affecting 78.3% of patients visiting ophthalmology for eyelid concerns. We lose 3–8% of skeletal muscle mass each decade after age 30, and the delicate muscles around the eyes are among the first affected.
